If you’re looking for a fun, educational, hands-on experience, then this class is for you! Chef is a master of his craft, and his teaching style infused both knowledge and levity. Everyone really enjoyed it as I looked around at all of the smiling faces.

I went to the sushi-making class at Trillium in Seaport and had such a great time! Harold was fun, engaging, and made the class really enjoyable — plus the food was delicious. It’s an awesome date idea and a unique experience overall.
For future events, it would be helpful to have a designated bartender upstairs since it was a bit inconvenient to go to the first floor multiple times for drinks. Also, given the large group size, I’d recommend the chef use a microphone so everyone can hear the explanations clearly.
